Biography
He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 2001 and 2006, respectively. He also received his Ph.D. degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), SP, Brazil in 2011. Currently, he is a full-time Professor at Universidad de Antioquia, Medellín, Colombia. His major research interests are the planning and operation of electrical power systems, microgrids, and distributed generation.
