Yinsheng Xu received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Material Science and Engineering from the East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, in 2011. He also receive a Ph.D. degree from the University of Rennes 1, Rennes, France, in 2011. From 2011 to 2019, he was an Associate Professor with the Ningbo University, China. Since 2019, he has been an Associate Professor and was promoted to Professor in 2021 with the Wuhan University of Technology. He is the author of more than 80 articles and more than 10 inventions. His research interests include infrared fibers, infrared glass, and luminescent materials.
