Buruleanu Claudia Lavinia is Full Professor at the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Food Science at Valahia University of Targoviste. She completed her PhD studies in Industrial Engineering at the University ‘’Dunarea de Jos’’ Galati in 2002. She has experience in project management, being involved as a coordinator or team member in more than 20 research contracts and international/national projects in the areas of food biotechnology, applied chemistry, and science education. Her teaching disciplines include food biochemistry and food safety, and her interests include food chemistry, management of environmental factors, and science education.
