Fulong Zhu received an M.S. degree and a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, in 2003 and 2007, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has authored over 30 technical articles in English, and holds about eight Chinese patents. His main research interests include morphology measurement technology, optical metrology, image processing, micro and nano-manufacturing, micrometer/nanometer mechanics, and reliability of micro-electronics packaging.
