Makeev Mstislav Olegovich, Ph.D., was born in 1984 in Moscow. In 2007, he graduated with honors from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. In 2014, he defended his Ph.D. thesis. In 2017, he received the international certificate “Project Management Professional”. His research interests include nanotechnology, nanoelectronics, nanodiagnostics, metamaterials, transparent electrodes, spectral ellipsometry, and the reliability of electronic devices. He is the author of over 100 scientific articles and reports.
