Salvatore Massa is formerly a Full Professor at the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Environmental Sciences, Foggia University, Foggia, Italy. He does research in Food Microbiology with cultural and noncultural methods. His current projects are ‘Microbiology of natural mineral water. A narrative review’ and ‘Control of microorganisms by High-Pressure Processing’. Currently, he is a visiting Professor at King Mongut’s Institute of Technology in Bangkok (Thailand).
