He does research in Food Microbiology with cultural and noncultural methods. His current projects are ‘Microbiology of natural mineral water. A narrative review’ and ‘Control of microorganisms by High-Pressure Processing’. Currently, he is a visiting Professor at King Mongut’s Institute of Technology in Bangkok (Thailand).
