Alison is a Professor of Musculoskeletal Biodynamics at Imperial College London. Her research focuses on the musculoskeletal system with respect to mechanisms of injury; effects of injury on function and rehabilitation. She has a specific interest in the spine and spinal biomechanics, elite performance, long term amputee health and the development and translation of new management approaches and innovations into the clinical environment.
