Muhammad Shahzad Nazir, Associate Professor, received a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, and a Ph.D. (Power system and Automation) from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in the year 2012, and 2018, respectively. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Automation with Huaiyin Institute of Technology, Huai’an, Jiangsu, China. He is also a Member of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineers.
Dr. Shahzad is also serving as a reviewer of reputed top ranked SCI-indexed journals. He has authored and co-authored in top ranked SCI-indexed journals such as STOTEN, Journal of Energy Storage, Control Engineering Practice, Sustainability, and SAGE publishing. He authored a book, Renewable Energy, published by LAP LAMBERT Publishing, Germany, and a book chapter by Springer. Dr. Shahzad’s main research interest includes renewable energy technologies, wind power, power system protection and control, power electronics design and its application in power systems, environmental engineering.
