I am Dr. Lukáš Jurčaga, a faculty member at the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences, Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra. I hold a PhD in Food Technology. My research is focused on the valorisation of plant-based co-products through their application in meat products and on the development of novel meat products with improved nutritional, functional, and sustainability characteristics.
