Biography

I am an academician and researcher specializing in microbial biotechnology, biocatalysis, metagenomics, microbiome analysis, and enzyme technology. My research focuses on the discovery and characterization of novel microorganisms and biocatalysts from diverse and extreme environments and their applications in sustainable biotransformation, environmental remediation, and industrial biotechnology. I have extensive experience in the characterization of microbial hydrolases and other industrially relevant enzymes. My research expertise also includes molecular cloning, genetic engineering, recombinant protein expression, metagenomics, and microbiome profiling. Through my work, I integrate conventional microbiology with advanced molecular and bioinformatic approaches to explore microbial diversity and functional potential. I have contributed to the scientific community through peer-reviewed research publications, patents, collaborative research, editorial responsibilities, and peer-review activities. I have also participated in academic and scientific forums as an invited speaker and contributor. My current research interests focus on developing sustainable microbial and enzyme-based technologies for biotransformation, waste valorization, environmental sustainability, and industrial applications, with particular emphasis on translating
