Hilario Gómez-Moreno received a B.S. degree in telecommunication engineering from the Universidad de Alcalá, Alcalá de Henares, Spain, in1994, M.S. degree in telecommunication engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Madrid, Spain, in 1999. and a PhD in Information and Communications Technologies in the Universidad de Alcalá (2012). Since 1997, he has been with the Signal Theory and
Communications Department at Escuela Politécnica Superior, Universidad de Alcalá, where he became an Associate Professor in 2012. His research interests are image processing, machine learning, and the applications of both in forensics science.
