Suresh Alapati received his B.Tech. (Acharya Nagarjuna University, India) and M.Tech. (NIT, Calicut, India) degrees in Mechanical Engineering in 2004 and 2006, respectively. He obtained his PhD (Dong-A University, Busan, Korea) in Mechanical Engineering in 2011. Dr. Suresh is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at Kyungsung University, Busan, Korea. He worked as a postdoctoral fellow (2011–2012) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Dong-A University, Busan, Korea. His research interests include computational fluid flow and heat transfer and simulation of micro/nano biological flows using the lattice Boltzmann and Brownian dynamics methods.
