In the past few decades, Energy Efficiency (EE) has been a significant challenge in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). WSN requires reduced transmission delay and higher throughput with high quality services, it further pays much attention in increased energy consumption to improve the network lifetime. To collect and transmit data Clustering based routing algorithm is considered as an effective way. Cluster Head (CH) acts as an essential role in network connectivity and perform data transmission and data aggregation, where the energy consumption is superior to non-CH nodes. Conventional clustering approaches attempts to cluster nodes of same size. Moreover, owing to randomly distributed node distribution, a cluster with equal nodes is not an obvious possibility to reduce the energy consumption. To resolve this issue, this paper provides a novel, Balanced-Imbalanced Cluster Algorithm (B-IBCA) with a Stabilized Boltzmann Approach (SBA) that attempts to balance the energy dissipation across uneven clusters in WSNs. BIBCA utilizes stabilizing logic to maintain the consistency of energy consumption among sensor nodes’. So as to handle the changing topological characteristics of sensor nodes, this stability based Boltzmann estimation algorithm allocates proper radius amongst the sensor nodes. The simulation shows that the proposed B-IBCA outperforms effectually over other approaches in terms of energy efficiency, lifetime, network stability, average residual energy and so on.

Mobile clouds are the most common medium for aggregating, storing, and analyzing data from the medical Internet of Things (MIoT). It is employed to monitor a patient’s essential health signs for earlier disease diagnosis and prediction. Among the various disease, skin cancer was the wide variety of cancer, as well as enhances the endurance rate. In recent years, many skin cancer classification systems using machine and deep learning models have been developed for classifying skin tumors, including malignant melanoma (MM) and other skin cancers. However, accurate cancer detection was not performed with minimum time consumption. In order to address these existing problems, a novel Multidimensional Bregman Divergencive Feature Scaling Based Cophenetic Piecewise Regression Recurrent Deep Learning Classification (MBDFS-CPRRDLC) technique is introduced for detecting cancer at an earlier stage. The MBDFS-CPRRDLC performs skin cancer detection using different layers such as input, hidden, and output for feature selection and classification. The patient information is composed of IoT. The patient information was stored in mobile clouds server for performing predictive analytics. The collected data are sent to the recurrent deep learning classifier. In the first hidden layer, the feature selection process is carried out using the Multidimensional Bregman Divergencive Feature Scaling technique to find the significant features for disease identification resulting in decreases time consumption. Followed by, the disease classification is carried out in the second hidden layer using cophenetic correlative piecewise regression for analyzing the testing and training data. This process is repeatedly performed until the error gets minimized. In this way, disease classification is accurately performed with higher accuracy. Experimental evaluation is carried out for factors namely Accuracy, precision, recall, F-measure, as well as cancer detection time, by the amount of patient data. The observed result confirms that the proposed MBDFS-CPRRDLC technique increases accuracy as well as lesser cancer detection time compared to the conventional approaches.

Tele health utilizes information and communication mechanisms to convey medical information for providing clinical and educational assistances. It makes an effort to get the better of issues of health service delivery involving time factor, space and laborious terrains, validating cost-efficiency and finer ingress in both developed and developing countries. Tele health has been categorized into either real-time electronic communication, or store-and-forward communication. In recent years, a third-class has been perceived as remote healthcare monitoring or tele health, presuming data obtained via Internet of Things (IOT). Although, tele health data analytics and machine learning have been researched in great depth, there is a dearth of studies that entirely concentrate on the progress of ML-based techniques for tele health data analytics in the IoT healthcare sector. Motivated by this fact, in this work a method called, Weighted Bayesian and Polynomial Taylor Deep Network (WB-PTDN) is proposed to improve health prediction in a computationally efficient and accurate manner. First, the Independent Component Data Arrangement model is designed with the objective of normalizing the data obtained from the Physionet dataset. Next, with the normalized data as input, Weighted Bayesian Feature Extraction is applied to minimize the dimensionality involved and therefore extracting the relevant features for further health risk analysis. Finally, to obtain reliable predictions concerning tele health data analytics, First Order Polynomial Taylor DNN-based Feature Homogenization is proposed that with the aid of First Order Polynomial Taylor function updates the new results based on the result analysis of old values and therefore provides increased transparency in decision making. The comparison of proposed and existing methods indicates that the WB-PTDN method achieves higher accuracy, true positive rate and lesser response time for IoT based tele health data analytics than the traditional methods.
