As one of the most common disasters in deep mine roadway, floor heave has caused serious obstacles to mine transportation and normal production activities. The third section winch roadway in the third mining area of Qitaihe Longhu coal mine has a serious floor heave due to the large buried depths of the roadway and the semicoal rock roadway, and the maximum floor heave is 750 mm. For the problem of floor stability, this paper establishes a mechanical model to analyze the stability of roadway floor heave by analogy with the basement heave of deep foundation pit. It provides a model reference for analyzing the problem of roadway floor heave. Aiming at the problem of roadway floor heave in Longhu coal mine, the roadway model is established by using FLAC3D, and the roadway model after support is established according to the on-site support measures. Through the analysis of the distribution of roadway plastic area, stress nephogram, and displacement field simulation results, the results show that the maximum displacement of roadway roof and floor after support is reduced by 15% and 23%, but the maximum floor heave is still 770 mm, which is close to the measured floor heave of roadway. In order to solve the problem of roadway floor heave and integrate economic factors, this paper puts forward three support optimization schemes, simulates the support effect of each scheme, and finally determines that scheme 3 is the best support optimization scheme. Compared with that under the original support, the amount of floor heave is reduced by 81%, and the final amount of floor heave is 150 mm, which can meet the requirements of roadway floor deformation. The results provide a scheme and guidance for roadway support optimization.
In order to study the pore alteration and permeabilityof coalaffected by acid liquor, samples were collected from the Yuwu coalmine in the Qinshui basin, Shanxi Province, and taken as the studyobject. Hydrochloric acid (HCl) with a 10% volume concentration wasused to treat these coal samples. The pore structure characteristicsand gas permeability of this coal with different treatment times weremeasured by laboratory experiments. The fractal theory was introducedto analyze the complexity of the sample pore and the changing rulesof coal permeability. The research results show that acid liquor hasa significant influence on the pore structure of YW coal. Under theeffect of acid treatment, the micropore volume of the coal sampleis reduced, but both the mesopore and macropore volume are increased. The fractal dimension of acidulated coal samples changes in the rangeof 2.57-2.81, and it is exponentially decreased with the increaseof the treatment time. This indicates that the acid treatment canmake the YW coal surface become smooth, and the pore structure tendsto be smooth. The acidification method is able to effectively enhancethe coal permeability with a maximum increment of about 9.43 times. After 30 h of acid treatment, the total pore volume, fractal dimension, and gas permeability of this coal tend to be stable. The acid treatmenttime should be controlled at around 30 h.
Power ultrasonic-assisted reservoir modification is a promising technique for enhanced coalbed methane recovery. However, the in-site performance of ultrasound-assisted CBM production has not yet been revealed. In the current study, the in situ antireflection test was conducted with high-power ultrasound ~18 kW in underground coal seam, and the antireflection performance was investigated by measuring the borehole drainage gas data in the field test zone, and then, the in situ permeability change of the target coal seam was evaluated numerically. The result shows that, within 40 days’ drainage after ultrasonic antireflection in coal seam, the average gas concentration of single borehole in the experimental group increased by 81.4 %~227.3% than that in control group, the average borehole gas flowrate has a 20%~106% improvement over the control group, and the pure methane production in single borehole increased by about 3.83 times. The permeability inversion indicates that the in situ coal seam permeability has increased by at least 2.36 times after the ultrasound stimulation within the range of 8 m from the ultrasound source.
In order to get the appropriate nozzle parameters, numerical simulation and field tests are used to investigate the influence of high-pressure water jet nozzle parameters on the effect of hydraulic slotting. A nozzle model is created by using FLUENT software. For different nozzle contraction angles, outlet diameters, and straight column section lengths, the distribution rules of the velocity of the water jet and dynamic pressure on the central and vertical axes are obtained, and the parameters for the best nozzle effect are determined. The relationship between the nozzle contraction angle gradient, the inlet water pressure, and the nozzle outlet water velocity is discovered. A mathematical model of the nozzle outlet water velocity of the water jet is established. The depth, width, and volume of the hole generated by the nozzle impact are employed as indications for inquiry, and field measurements are used to derive the results of nozzle geometry parameter optimization. The field tests validate the numerical simulation conclusions, and the results have theoretical and practical guidance for hydraulic slotting in coal mines and get the appropriate nozzle parameters specially.
In order to solve the problem that the gas in the upper corner is easy to exceed the limit in the mining process of the deep outburst coal seam. Based on the theory of O-ring and the distribution of stratigraphy in the field, the development law of mining fissures in the overlying rock layer during the workface retrieval was studied by combining theoretical calculation and FLAC3D numerical modeling. The research results show that the range of fissure development zone in 2913 working face is 14.2 to 33m from the coal seam roof, and the high drilling arrangement can be in the stable rock layer of the roof. For siltstone-fine sandstone interaction stratum, measures such as opening branches to adjust the layer and lowering the casing to protect the hole wall can be taken to ensure the stability of the borehole and the smooth flow of gas extraction channels. Field application shows that the high directional long borehole has the advantages of long extension distance and wide coverage, the average value of extraction mix is 34.3m3/min, and the average value of extraction pure is 0.4mm3/min, which helps to prevent the gas overlimit in the upper corner during the workface recovery. The high directional long borehole has obvious economic and safety benefits over the traditional high hole and has important promotion value in coal mine gas management.
University emergency management ability is an important part of university safety management. To evaluate university emergency management ability scientifically, objectively, and accurately, this study constructs three first-level indexes, namely, pre-prevention ability, in-process control ability, and post-recovery ability, and 15 s-level indexes, including the establishment of emergency management institutions; the construction of emergency plans; the allocation of emergency personnel, equipment, and materials; and the training and exercise of emergency plans. On the basis of the backpropagation (BP) neural network method and MATLAB platform, an evaluation model of university emergency management ability is constructed. The neural network evaluation model is trained with sample data, and a university in Beijing is adopted as an example to verify the good prediction effect of the model. The results show that applying the evaluation model based on the BP neural network to the emergency management ability of colleges and universities is feasible. The model provides a new method to evaluate the emergency management ability of colleges and universities.
