Dr. Guirong Liu is currently an associate professor in the School of Civil Engineering and Communication at North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power. She received her Ph.D. degree in Structural Engineering from Dalian University of Technology of China. During 2015–2016, she worked at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Austrilia as a research fellow. Dr. Liu's research interests include the durability of concrete structures, FRP-strengthened concrete structures, etc. She has actively published more than twenty papers in journals. Her research has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Department of Education of Henan Province.
