Specialist in the development of Sustainability Programs for the evaluation and optimization of environmental, social and economic resources of infrastructure projects in the following areas: petrochemicals, mining, eco-efficient construction, performance of construction systems subjected to high temperatures, air quality in metropolitan areas, recovery of water resources and contaminated soils. Researcher at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Universidad de la Costa (Colombia), Visiting Professor at the Porgrama de Engenharia Ambiental at UFSC (Brazil) and Coordinator of the AIR Center | Caribbean (Portugal). He is currently a collaborator in several research institutions and has an H-Index 42, according to Scopus and Web of Science, with more than 4,000 scientific citations.
