Yun Ji Jung, M.D., Ph.D. is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, at the Institute of Women’s Medical Life Science, Yonsei University College of Medicine. She received her BS in Medicine (2010) and PhD in OBGYN (2021) from Yonsei University. Dr. Jung has actively contributed to the field of maternal–fetal medicine through numerous peer-reviewed publications, academic presentations, lectures, and educational courses. She holds memberships for key professional societies, including the Korean Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Korean Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the Korean Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has also served on multiple committees within these societies, reflecting her leadership and commitment to advancing clinical practice and education. Her research interests encompass pre-eclampsia, fetal growth restriction, in utero fetal programming, preterm birth, and artificial intelligence-based ultrasound automation. Her scholarly excellence has been recognized through several prestigious awards, including the S.S. Ratnam - Young Gynaecologist Award from AOFOG and multiple best presentation awards at national academic congresses.
