Guillermo Prieto-Avalos received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), in Mexicali, México, in 2019. Currently he is pursuing his post-doctoral stay developing the project titled “Self-care of health in chronic degenerative diseases using machine learning techniques and the Internet of things” from Orizaba Institute of Technology (ITO).
