The main objective of this research is to identify the impact of store design and ambience on consumer purchase decisions in retail chain outlets in Delhi-NCR, India. The foremost purpose of this research was to examine if the design and ambience of retail stores have any effect on the decisions of customers’ purchases. The study was descriptive in nature. For this research, a sample of 100 consumers was drawn who generally visit retail stores for shopping. A systematic questionnaire was prepared to collect the data and to analyze it; SEM, reliability, Convergent, Discriminate Validity and model fitness were achieved through SmartPLS3. The current study’s findings indicate that variables, such as window and mannequin display, visual merchandising, and store design and atmosphere have an effective impact on shoppers’ purchase decisions, whereas lighting and color, music, and signage have negligible effects. The findings of this study will provide managerial involvement to the industry in order to emphasize purchase ambition in order to improve profitability and sustainability. More examination of the factors that contribute to purchase aspiration and in other geological areas is advised for future scrutiny. This study presents a validated instrument for measuring the association between design atmosphere and consumer purchasing behavior and serves as a tool for evaluating the influence of various design atmospheric indicators. It is important to keep a steady staff of well-trained, polite salespeople on hand at all times. Customers are more likely to come back and eventually recommend the store to others if their needs are met by customer-focused salespeople who provide excellent service. This helps the merchant to compete in the market.

Purpose: This study investigates the factors influencing citizen attitudes toward e-government services and their effects on the adoption of e-government services in Saudi Arabia. It sheds light on the moderating role of citizen motivation in the relationship between factors influencing citizen attitudes in favor of e-government services and their adoption and usage behavior in the Saudi Arabian context. The study analyzes both the drivers propelling the uptake and the barriers impeding it.Design/methodology/approach: A descriptive research design was employed in this study, which surveyed 487 respondents from Jeddah and Madina cities and the surrounding region. The research identifies key drivers, including cultural factors, digital literacy, government policy and interventions, privacy and security, technical infrastructure, support services and citizen trust, alongside barriers such as concerns about data security and digital literacy.Findings: The findings reveal the complex interplay of these factors in shaping citizen attitudes toward e-government services and their effects on adoption in Saudi Arabia. The study indicates that citizen motivation toward e-government services moderates the relationship between, adoption and usage behavior.Originality/value: This study contributes valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners by offering a nuanced perspective on e-government service adoption in the Saudi Arabian context. It enhances our understanding of the factors influencing citizen attitudes and their impact on e-government adoption, highlighting the importance of citizen motivation as a moderating factor in this relationship.

This study aims to explore the various factors influencing students in adopting e-learning in educational institutions in Saudi Arabia and analyze the relationship between factors of students' adoption of e-learning and student behavior intention. The study also analyzes perceived opportunities and challenges faced by students in adopting an e-learning system in higher education. A well-structured questionnaire was developed, and information was collected from 509 respondents. The study found that students' behavioral intention to adopt e-learning is highly influenced by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, computer self-efficacy, and internet knowledge. The study confirms the mediating role of student engagement that can act as an alternate path for strengthening the relationship between factors of adoption of e-learning and behavioral intention. In addition, several implications and new lines of investigation are recommended for meeting the educational transformation needs and future sustainability.

Purpose: The study's primary objective is to learn how environmental concerns affect customers' decisions to purchase green commodities in Saudi Arabia and India. This research will also shed light on the impact environmentally conscious purchasing has had on both economies. Furthermore, explored are the demographic variables (age, gender, and level of education) and factors (perception behavioural, control subjective standards, environmental concern, and environmental awareness) that influence customer usage and purchasing of green products. Design/Methodology/Approach: Primary data was collected through purposive sampling as sample must be educated enough to understand the concept of eco- marketing. The size of the sample was three hundred forty. 140 consumers from Saudi Arabia and remaining 140 from India. Different statistical tool was applied to analyse the data. Findings: Based on data and information to be collected must be brought into analytical study and must let us direct towards certain findings that might help us to arrive at final conclusion. In this way it will help the Policy makers and Managers to formulate the policies & strategies to encourage the green purchase. The findings provide valuable information about the driving forces behind green product purchases, both positive and negative. Considerations like Consumers' perceived behavioural have no effect on green product purchasing whereas environmental concern, and environmental awareness, and subjective norms are seen as motivators. Practical & Social implication: The goal is to have all types of consumers buy eco-friendly goods. On the other hand, it was discovered that gender, age, and educational qualification were the demographic variables that had a relationship with people's propensity to buy environmentally friendly products.
Background: The prevalence of diabetes among young individuals has reached concerning levels, posing significant public health risks and exacerbating the economic burden on healthcare systems. The health outcomes of individuals with diabetes are heavily influenced by malnutrition and unhealthy dietary habits, which not only hamper effective blood glucose management but also negatively affect overall health perceptions. Introduction: This study analyzes the factors influencing malnutrition, food habits, and health perceptions among diabetic patients. Methods: A well-structured questionnaire was designed to collect data. A cross-sectional survey of 503 diabetic patients across various regions in India was conducted. Additionally, structural equation modeling, as well as mediation and moderation analyses, were performed. Results: The study findings revealed that dietary knowledge, dietitian-led interventions, and economic factors significantly influenced malnutrition and health outcomes. Conversely, nutritional quality did not emerge as a significant predictor. Discussions: The study will help pharmaceutical companies, governments, and healthcare practitioners in marketing dietary supplements, design focused dietary programs, and develop health education campaigns to improve diabetes patients’ quality of life. The findings illuminated the critical roles of dietary knowledge, dietitian-led interventions, economic factors, and lifestyle modifications in managing malnutrition and enhancing health outcomes. Conclusions: The study demonstrated significant mediation and moderation effects, emphasizing the complex interplay between food habits and malnutrition on health perceptions. However, nutritional quality was not a significant predictor, and the research underscored the necessity of holistic, personalized interventions. This will also help medical marketers in devising their marketing strategies.
This study examines associations among perceived political ideology, local stakeholder reactions, liability of foreignness, and perceived foreign direct investment (FDI) risk in India. Drawing on survey responses from 312 managers and executives, the study employs covariance-based structural equation modelling to assess theoretically specified direct and indirect relationships. The reported structural estimates indicate positive associations between perceived political hostility toward foreign investment and stakeholder resistance, liability of foreignness, and perceived FDI risk. Liability of foreignness is positively associated with perceived risk, whereas stakeholder resistance exhibits an unexpected negative association, contrary to the hypothesized direction. The findings highlight the relevance of managerial perceptions of political conditions and foreignness-related disadvantages to perceived investment risk. The cross-sectional, single-source design limits causal interpretation, while the negative stakeholder association requires further investigation.
