Prof. Shih-Min Hsia received his B.S. from Taipei Medical University in 1999, an M.S. in 2001, and a Ph.D. in 2006 from the same university of National Taiwan. He was a Postdoctoral researcher at National Taiwan University. He is a Professor of the School of Food Safety, Graduate Institute of Metabolism and Obesity Sciences, and School of Nutrition and Health Sciences at Taipei Medical University. He is also a Director at the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences, Taipei Medical University. He has won the 2019 Taipei Medical University International Top Journal Publishing Award, the 2019 Taipei Medical University Research Paper Award-Excellence Award, and the 2024 Taipei Medical University Research Paper Award-Excellence Award. His main research interests include Functional Food and Reproductive Endocrinology.
