Ioannis T. Karapanagiotidis is Associate Professor in Fish Nutrition at the University of Thessaly, Greece. His research is focused on fish nutrition, aquafeed technology and aquaculture. He has participated as research and PI in over 25 national and international funded projects, as well as projects funded by industry. He has published 42 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
