Multiple demand responses and electric vehicles are considered, and a micro-grid day-ahead dispatch optimization model with photovoltaic is constructed based on stochastic optimization theory. Firstly, an interruptible load model based on incentive-based demand response is introduced, and a demand response mechanism for air conditioning load is constructed to implement an optimal energy consumption curve control strategy for air conditioning units. Secondly, considering the travel demand and charging/discharging rules of electric vehicles, the electric vehicle optimization model is built. Further, a stochastic optimization model of micro-grid with demand response and electric vehicles is developed because of the uncertainty of photovoltaic power output. Finally, the simulation example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model. The simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively tackle the uncertainty of photovoltaic, as well as reduce the operating cost of micro-grid. Therefore, the effective interaction between users and electric vehicles can be realized.

To solve the problem of large DC voltage deviation caused by the power fluctuations and poor power distribution characteristics of converters in a voltage source converter multi-terminal DC (VSC-MTDC) system based on traditional droop control, this paper proposes an adaptive exponential droop control strategy. This strategy introduces the relative power deviation factor of the converter, and replaces the traditional linear droop control curve with a nonlinear exponential curve. Under different working conditions, the converter adaptively adjusts the droop control coefficient of the converter according to the relative power deviation factor to realize stability for the DC voltage and a reasonable power distribution for the MTDC system. A simulation model of a three-terminal VSC-MTDC was established in MATLAB/Simulink, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy were verified.

To deal with the interphase circulating-current problem of modular multilevel converters (MMCs) in multiphase wind power systems, a cooperative circulating-current suppression strategy based on a second-order generalized integrator (SOGI) and passivity-based control–integral sliding mode control (PBC-ISMC) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a multiphase permanent magnet direct-drive wind power system topology without a step-up transformer is established. On this basis, SOGI is utilized to construct a circulating current extractor, which is utilized to accurately extract the double-frequency component in the circulating current, and, at the same time, effectively filter out the DC components and high-frequency noise. Secondly, passivity-based control (PBC), with its fast energy dissipation, and integral sliding mode control (ISMC), with its strong robustness, are combined to construct the PBC-ISMC circulating-current suppressor, which realizes the nonlinear decoupling and dynamic immunity of the circulating-current model. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy significantly reduces the harmonic content of the circulating current, optimizes both the bridge-arm current and output current, and achieves superior suppression performance and dynamic response compared to traditional methods, thereby effectively enhancing system power quality and operational reliability.

A novel integrated multi-winding inductive filter converter and its filter system used in HVDC conversion station are proposed. Specifically, the schemes include two paralleled-connected delta filter windings with zero impedance, and the 11th and 13th tuned filtering branches are installed at the taps. On this basis, the 5th and 7th harmonic filters are eliminated and the 5th, 7th, 11th, and 13th harmonics of the valve-side are suppressed. Moreover, the cost of the filter is reduced, and the negative impact on the converter transformer body caused by the transfer of harmonic current is avoided, such as vibration, noise, and harmonic loss. In this paper, first, the mathematical models of integrated multi-winding inductive filter converter and its filter system are established. Accordingly, the current relationships between the primary winding side and two secondary winding sides are derived. Then, the transfer path of each characteristic harmonic current in the new system is analyzed and discussed. Moreover, a simulation model is established to study the operation characteristics of the system. Finally, through the designed experimental prototype, a new DC transferring system platform is constructed to testify the operation characteristics of an integrated multi-winding inductive filter converter and its filter system. The experimental results show that the total harmonic distortion rate of the grid-winding current can be reduced to 4.68% only by installing the 11th and 13th tuned filters, so the effect of active filtering is approximated realized by the passive filtering method.

In this paper, the electromagnetic characteristics of a novel integrated multi-winding inductive filtering converter transformer, including two parallel-connected delta filter windings with zero impedance, are studied. First, based on Ansoft, a 3D FEM model of the novel converter transformer is built according to its structural parameters and material characteristics. Next, the external circuit connection based on the established 3D FEM model is realized so the corresponding field-circuit coupling model can be established under three different working conditions. On this basis, the electric field characteristics, magnetic field characteristics, winding electromagnetic force characteristics, and core loss characteristics of the novel converter transformer with different conditions are analyzed. The results show that because the harmonic current is effectively suppressed, the flux chain passing through the windings of the novel converter transformer is closer to the sinusoidal wave and the harmonic magnetic potential is effectively suppressed; the electromagnetic force received by each winding of the converter transformer and the high-frequency vibration component are significantly reduced; and the transformer core loss is also significantly reduced. The research on the internal electromagnetic characteristics of the integrated multi-winding inductive filter converter transformer reveals the mechanism of reducing vibration and noise.

Image captioning is a challenging task, which generates a sentence for a given image. The earlier captioning methods mainly decode the visual features to generate caption sentences for the image. However, the visual features lack the context semantic information which is vital for generating an accurate caption sentence. To address this problem, this paper first proposes the Attention-Aware (AA) mechanism which can filter out erroneous or irrelevant context semantic information. And then, AA is utilized to constitute a Context Semantic Auxiliary Network (CSAN), which can capture the effective context semantic information to regenerate or polish the image caption. Moreover, AA can capture the visual feature information needed to generate a caption. Experimental results show that our proposed CSAN outperforms the compared image captioning methods on MS COCO “Karpathy” offline test split and the official online testing server.
