Jianying Li was born in Henan, China, in 1979. He received a Ph.D. degree from the College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2016. He is currently a Professor at Hunan University of Arts and Science. His main research interest is new AC/DC power conversion theory.
