Information

Sabrina Pricl is the Head of the Laboratory of the Molecular Biology and Nanotechnology Laboratory (MolBNL@UniTS) of the University of Trieste (Italy), where she leads several international, multidisciplinary projects focused on nanomedicine. Since 2002, she has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the same Academic institution, where she currently teaches Molecular Biology and Thermodynamics. Her present fields of research focus on the coupling of experimental and supercomputer-based simulation techniques for biomedical and bio-nanotechnology applications. She was also the Chair of the COST Action CA17140 Cancer Nanomedicine—from the bench to the bedside, which ended in May this year, and in the summer of 2022, she was appointed scientific member of the University of Lodz, Poland.
