The technique of Levenberg–Marquardt back propagation with neural networks (TLMB-NN) was used in this research article to investigate the heat transfer of Maxwell base fluid flow of nanomaterials (HTM-BFN) with MHD over vertical moving surfaces. In this study, the effects of thermal energy, concentration, and Brownian motion are also employed. Moreover, the impacts of a heat-absorbing fluid with viscous dissipation and radiation have been explored. To simplify the governing equations from a stiff to a simple system of non-linear ODEs, we exploited the efficacy of suitable similarity transformation mechanism. Through applicability of state-of-the-art Adams numerical technique, a set of data for suggested (TLMB-NN) is generated for several situations (scenarios) by changing parameters, such as the Thermophoresis factor Nt, Hartmann number M, Eckert number Ec, concentration Grashoff parameter Gc, Prandtl number Pr, Lewis number Le, thermal Grashof number GT, and Brownian motion factor Nb. The estimate solution of different instances has validated using the (TLMB-NN) training, testing, and validation method, and the recommended model was compared for excellence. Following that, regression analysis, mean square error, and histogram explorations are used to validate the suggested (TLMB-NN). The proposed technique is distinguished based on the proximity of the proposed and reference findings, with an accuracy level ranging from 10−9 to 10−10.
To address the inherent challenges such as restacking, limited ion-accessibility, scalability, stability, and the intricate balance between surface area and conductivity, this article delves into emerging strategies and prospects.
This research communication presents a rapid and facile microwave-assisted synthesis of single crystalline nanosheets (SCNSs) of hexagonal lead iodide (PbI2) decorated with Au nanoparticles, a potential optoelectronics material. Homogeneous low dimensional AuNP decoration in PbI2 resulted in a new absorption band at ~604 nm and a shift in band gap from 3.23 to 3.00 eV. The significant enhancement of photoluminescent (PL) intensity observed in the AuNP-PbI2 SCNSs is attributed to the coupling of the localized surface plasmon resonanzce of AuNP leading to improved excitation and emission rates of PbI2-SCNSs in the region of the localized electromagnetic field. The Au-PbI2 SCNSs display a compelling increment in photoconductivity, and its fabricated photodetector showed a stable and switchable photo-response. Due to ease of synthesis and enhanced photoconductivity along with appealing PL features, Au-PbI2 SCNS has the potential to be used as a material of choice when fabricating an optoelectronic devices of high performance.
The current exploration focuses on the impact of homogeneous and heterogeneous chemical reactions on titanium dioxide-ethylene glycol (EG)-based nanoliquid flow over a rotating disk with thermal radiation. In this paper, a horizontal uniform magnetic field is used to regularise the flow field produced by a rotating disk. Further, we conduct a comparative study on fluid flow with and without aggregation. Suitable transformations are used to convert the governing partial differential equations (PDEs) into ordinary differential equations (ODEs). Later, the attained system is solved numerically by means of the shooting method in conjunction with the Runge–Kutta–Fehlberg fourth-fifth-order method (RKF-45). The outcome reveals that the fluid flow without nanoparticle aggregation shows enhanced heat transport than for augmented values of melting parameter. Furthermore, for augmented values of strength of homogeneous and heterogeneous reaction parameters, the mass transfer is greater in fluid flow with aggregation conditions.
Staphylococcus aureus is a fatal Gram-positive pathogen threatening numerous cases of hospital-admitted patients worldwide. The emerging resistance of the pathogen to several antimicrobial agents has pressurized research to propose new strategies for combating antimicrobial resistance. Novel strategies include targeting the virulence factors of S. aureus. One of the most prominent virulence factors of S. aureus is its eponymous antioxidant pigment staphyloxanthin (STX), which is an auspicious target for anti-virulence therapy. This review provides an updated outline on STX and multiple strategies to attenuate this virulence factor. The approaches discussed in this article focus on bioprospective and chemically synthesized inhibitors of STX, inter-species communication and genetic manipulation. Various inhibitor molecules were found to exhibit appreciable inhibitory effect against STX and hence would be able to serve as potential anti-virulence agents for clinical use.
