He-Sheng Chou was born in Taoyuan, Taiwan, in 1996. He received his B.S. degree from the College of Electronic Engineering, Chung Yuan Christian University, Zhongli, Taiwan, in July 2018. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. at the same institution. His research interests include image processing, biomedical signal processing, and VLSI chip design.
