Fan Liuping Ph.D. is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Food, Jiangnan University. She is the director of the Food Nutrition and Functional Food Engineering Technology Research Center at Jiangnan University. She is a young and middle-aged academic leader of Jiangsu Province's "Green and Blue Project", and a high-level talent of "Six Talent Summits". She is mainly involved in the research and development of fruit and vegetable convenience foods, fruit and vegetable juice beverages, and functional foods. In recent years, she has presided over more than 10 provincial and ministerial level projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the 13th Five-Year Plan of the National Key Research and Development Program, scientific research specialties of the public welfare industry (agriculture), scientific research specialties of the food public welfare industry, and top-level projects of Jiangsu Provincial Natural Fund, etc. She has published more than 100 papers in national and international journals, including more than 70 papers in SCI, and has licensed patents. She has received more than 10 provincial and ministerial level awards.
