Andres Eduardo Gutierrez-Rodriguez received a Ph.D. in computer science from the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics, and Electronics, in Mexico in 2015. Dr. Gutierrez-Rodriguez is a Research Professor at the Institute for the Future of Education at the Tecnologico de Monterrey. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Mexican Research System, currently ranked one. He has been involved in many research and development projects. He has published several articles on data mining, machine learning, clustering, optimization, and computer vision.
