This study is aimed to reveal the improvement in the competency of productive teachers of both state and private vocational high schools in Sleman Regency after participating in a self-development program in terms of psychological maturity and socio-cultural aspects. This study was carried out in two state vocational high schools SMKN 1 Sedayu and SMKN 1 Seyegan, and one private vocational high school SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem. It was a qualitative study in nature using interview and documentation as the means of collecting the data. Fifteen productive teachers of the three vocational high schools with expertise in Building Engineering Drawing (BED) were purposively selected to be the research subjects. The obtained data in the form of interview tapescripts, photos, and documents were triangulated to ensure data validity. The data were then analyzed systematically through three main stages including open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results show that through self-development, the BED productive teachers in state vocational high schools can improve their pedagogical and professional competencies. In addition, this program also develops their knowledge and skills in the areas of curriculum, expertise, technology, as well as teaching strategies and methods. Even so, in the case of BED productive teachers in private vocational high schools, this self-development program does not significantly improve their competencies.

Today, there is an urgent need in our country to develop and implement new energy - and resource-saving technologies for wastewater treatment and water treatment. The need for such a system is determined by the urgency of the tasks of protecting the health of the population, agricultural products, and other biological objects. Wastewater is contaminated with radioactive substances, heavy metal ions, toxic substances, and pathogenic microbes. During the work, wastewater contaminated with heavy metal ions Cd2+, Pb2+ was treated with a natural zeolite material. The mechanism of water purification from metal ions is based on the porous structure and adsorption capacity of zeolite. Heavy metal ions diffuse into the pores of the zeolite material, displacing sodium ions, which are structural modifiers. The zeolite treatment process was carried out by measuring the permeability of wastewater using a conductometer and comparing its results with the value of the permeability of distilled water. According to the results obtained, this method can be used to completely purify wastewater from heavy metal ions.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of beach sand as a substitute for river sand in a mixture of concrete asphalt against the characteristic values of the marshall and to determine the effect of adding sugarcane ash filler with the percentage of ash filler 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% on the concrete asphalt mixture against the characteristic values of the marshall. This research is an experimental study using fillers in the form of sugarcane ash filler with varying levels of variation in the amount of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%. The specimens using AC-BC mixture was then tested using the Marshall method values of stability, density, flow, VIM, VMA, VFA, MQ. The results of this study indicate that the addition of sugarcane ash filler and the use of beach sand as a substitute for river sand affect the value of the characteristics of the marshall. The more filler levels used in the asphalt mixture, the greater the value of stability and MQ. While the flow value, density, VIM, VMA, VFA are getting smaller. Other factors that influence marshall characteristic values are asphalt content used, aggregate gradation, temperature in compaction, mix quality, and the process of mixing asphalt.
