Effective research has been aimed at increasing the distributed compute dependent Software Define Network (SDN) with high-level Intelligent - Internet of Things (I-IoT). Wireless sensor networks come with a set of resource restrictions. Still, only a few functions are often configured such as energy restraint and the concerted demands that are vital for IoT application routing performance. A major technique for solving the expansion of network scalability by applying Mobile Sink (MS). The construction of data transmission optimal path, the detection of an optimal set data-gathering points $O_{DG} $ and MS scheduled with dynamic networks for energy-efficient techniques, that the network’s lifetime in enormous complications, principally in large-scale IoT networks. The research work proposes an Research Objective: i) Develop an energy-efficient routing technique for large-scale I-IoT networks within a cloud-based SDN system. ii) Optimize network scalability, lower-level routing, and load balancing using Genetic Algorithm (GA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), and Artificial Bee Colony (ABC). The prime aim of cloud-based SDN with AI is to determine: a lower level routing in the perception layer, a load-balanced Cluster Table (CT), an optimal $O_{DG} $ points, and MS optimal paths $O_{MSpath} $ . The main contribution of proposed routing is i) Energy Minimization (EM): The proposed routing minimizes energy dissemination by the Cluster Head (CH) in critical conditions (EM-CH). ii) Enhanced Energy Balance (EEB): The EC-based SDN, considering both Optimal Data-Gathering ( $O_{DG}$ ) and Mobile Sink (MS) advancements, achieves enhanced energy balance during network routing (EEB-SDN). Research results validate the proposed model stability that improves the network lifetime up to 63%, the energy usage in the network is reduced up to 78%, the high volume data loaded to the MS up to 95%, and the delay of the $O_{MSpath} $ by 69% when compared with various model.

The proposed article put forward a new scheme for image reclamation using second phase discrete symlet transform for medical images. The current medical image reclamation approaches have limitations in providing accurate reclamation fallouts with high visual insight and low computational complexity. To address these issues, this model presents a methodology for creating a medical image database using Image Reclamation using DT-CWT and EPS filter suited for the Resolution Enhancement of query chest image sample well utilized to get better retrieval rate where DWT algorithm is utilized for feature extraction of query input images. Flat and perpendicular prognoses of summation of pixels are analyzed to extract BC quantities, which are then used to compute the matching score of similarity for the images present in the database. The system selects the samples that are most pertinent to the given query sample image based on the matching score. The system’s untrained database is used to obtain the photographs with the highest BC value. The projected method aims to improve the enhancement of sampled image by DT-CWT EPS algorithm to leads to increase the accuracy and efficiency of medical image reclamation for various research applications.

With an emphasis on early-stage contrast agent transit through tumour vasculature, this study presents Adaptive Complex Independent Components Analysis (ACICA) as a unique method for evaluating intravascular responsiveness in prostatic tissue. Furthermore, a new SVM clustering method is introduced that outperforms the conventional k-means clustering for image retrieval based on vision. The study emphasises how dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) may be improved in conjunction with quantitative analysis. Within the field of DCE-MRI, ACICA stands out as a unique intravascular attention measurer. Utilising the spatial independence of extravascular and intravascular magnetic resonance imaging (MR) data, ACICA offers a strong foundation for DCE-MRI image analysis. It incorporates pharmacokinetic modelling to optimise the time lag, especially useful for arterial curves, and a reference region (RR)-based technique to adjust the intravascular concentration curve. The model's evaluation yields outstanding results, with recall and accuracy ranging from 83 to 99% and 82.8% to 99.6%, respectively. The average recall and precision across datasets are 92.86% and 92.82%).All things considered, this study demonstrates the effectiveness of ACICA in evaluating intravascular responsiveness and presents viable paths for enhancing clinical results and diagnostic precision in the treatment of prostate cancer.

The transportation infrastructure of the future will be based on autonomous vehicles. When it comes to transportation, both emerging and established nations are keen on perfecting systems based on autonomous vehicles. Transportation authorities in the United States report that driver error accounts for over 60% of all accidents each year. Almost everywhere in the world is the same. Since the idea of self-driving cars involves a fusion of hardware and software. Despite the rapid expansion of the software business and the widespread adoption of cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, Data Science, Big Data, etc. However, the identification of natural disasters and the exchange of data between vehicles present the greatest hurdle to the development of autonomous vehicles. The suggested study primarily focused on data cleansing from the cars, allowing for seamless interaction amongst autonomous vehicles. This study's overarching goal is to look at creating a novel kind of Support Vector Machine kernel specifically for P2P networks. To meet the kernel constraints of Mercer's theorem, a newly proposed W-SVM (Weighted-SVM) kernel was produced by using an appropriately converted weight vector derived through hybrid optimization. Given the advantages of both the Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) and the Elephant Herding Optimisation (EHO), combining them for hybridization would be fantastic. Combining the GWO algorithm with the EHO algorithm increases its convergence speed, as well as its exploitation and exploration performances. Therefore, a new hybrid optimization approach is proposed in this study for selecting weights in SVM optimally. When compared to other machine learning methods, the suggested model is shown to be superior in its ability to handle such issues and to produce optimal solutions.

The learning rate is one of the most crucial hyper-parameters to regulate during the training of the Deep Learning (DL) models and optimizers. Adaptive learning rate algorithms try to automate the time-consuming process of manually setting a suitable learning rate, which is still exhausting. This research uses the learn rate schedule mechanism for training DL models. The learn rate schedule mechanism updates the learning rate for each step or iteration in DL models and optimizers for problem-solving. This paper implements a learn rate schedule mechanism and hybrid learn rate schedule mechanism like piecewise, exponential decay, polynomial time, reciprocal time and cosine annealing decay as adaptive learning rate mechanisms for DL models and optimizers like Adadelta, Adam, RMSprop and Stochastic Gradient Descent with Momentum (SGDM) to improve the accuracy of Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI)-based localization in LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Networks) based Internet of Things (IoT) networks. These techniques aim to automate the process of determining suitable learning rates that dynamically update the learning rate for each step or iteration for optimizers and deep learning models. This technique improves the model’s performance by introducing adaptability into the learning process and departing from conventional set learning rates. The mathematical model of the learning rate schedule is derived and formulated with adaptive deep learning rate models to map with the LoRaWAN RSSI-based localization datasets for accessing the performance parameters. The learn rate schedule for different types of localization datasets is also analyzed. The results were compared for all the learning rate schedule mechanisms with the default parameter settings of DL models, and it gives a better accuracy of 98.98%, which is higher than the existing models.
