Chin-En Yen received her B.S. degree from the Department of Nutrition from Chung Shan Medical University, Taichung, Taiwan, Republic of China in 1995, and her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Institute of Nutrition, Chung Shan Medical University, Taichung, Taiwan, Republic of China in 1999 and 2009, respectively. She is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Early Childhood Development and Education, Chaoyang University of Technology, Taichung, Taiwan, Republic of China. Her current research topics include nutrition, computer-aided education, and nursing.
