Jihoon Lee received a Ph.D. degree in microelectronics–photonics from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA, in 2008 and a Management of Business Administration degree from Sam M. Walton College of Business school, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA, in 2006. In 2009, he joined the faculty of Kwangwoon University, Seoul, South Korea, where he is currently a Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering. His current research interests include fabrications and characterization of various hybrid metal and semiconductor quantum and nanostructures and their applications in biosensor, detector, and energy applications.
