Constantinos Georgiou is a Professor of Analytical Chemistry in the
Agricultural University of Athens, Greece. He defined the field of Elemental
Metabolomics that he uses for Food Authentication and Tagging. He is also
active in Oil Quality Assessment through Synchronous Fluorescence.
