This study investigates the relationship between abusive supervision and employee creativity by shedding light on the mediating role of negative affect and the moderating role of interpersonal harmony. Based on affective events theory, it was hypothesized that abusive supervision impacts employees’ negative affect and their creativity. Data from a questionnaire survey of 398 Chinese employee–supervisor dyads were collected and analyzed. The results support our hypotheses, address unexplored theoretical predictions, and suggest that organizations should deal with the factors undermining employees’ emotions to improve their creativity.

Digital technology has drastically transformed businesses’ activities, operations, and processes. Today, digital efficiencies have inspired companies to take initiatives to leverage the firm’s environmental performance. The study’s primary purpose was to examine how a digital transformation strategy affects environmental performance under the mediating role of innovation capabilities and moderating role of digital organizational culture. The data was obtained from manufacturing industry employees in Pakistan. The results reveal that digital transformation strategy (DTS) positively and significantly affects innovation capabilities and environmental performance. The link between digital transformation and environmental performance is mediated by innovation capabilities, while digital organizational culture moderates the relationship between innovation capabilities and environmental performance.

Spiritual leadership is a beneficial attempt to implement organizational strategy and sustainable development by improving employees’ personal spiritual needs, stimulating employees’ intrinsic motivation, sense of responsibility, and calling in the work process. We theoretically illustrate that spiritual leadership has a significant positive impact on employee morale. The factors of personal self-efficacy and interpersonal trust play an intermediary chain role in this process. SPSS 24.0 and Process3.5 were used to test the mediating effect using multilevel regression analysis and the bootstrap method. Survey data collected from 278 employees from Chinese organizations supported our proposed hypotheses. The research verifies it is necessary to pay attention to improving the spiritual needs of leaders and employees in organizational development. Through the cultivation, spiritual leadership not only can stimulate the cohesion of the organization and the intrinsic motivation of the employees, but also is of great significance to enrich the spiritual life of the organization members.

Player performance evaluations in all three formats of cricket have been a topic of great concern for sports analysts and research experts. This study proposed a comprehensive performance estimation tool that incorporates all the essential inputs–outputs and evaluates a cricketer’s overall performance. This research introduced three different estimation indices for player efficiency in all three formats of cricket for batting, bowling, and fielding. Further, this research employed the DEA Super-SBM model to evaluate the player’s efficiency in batting, bowling, and fielding departments of all three formats. The study estimates the most efficient batsman, bowler, and fielder in cricketing history by using the data of international cricketers (1877–2019). The results indicate that, compared to the traditional parameters, the proposed study indices are more accurate and comprehensive in nature. The most efficient batsman, bowler, and fielder in all three formats are given, respectively: (i) Sir Bradman, Sachin Tendulkar, and Virat Kohli; (ii) Muralitharan, Mitchell Starc, and Umar Gul; and (iii) Saleem Yousuf, Luke Ronchi, and Scott Edwards. For teams, England, Australia, and India were determined to be the most efficient in batting for all three formats; the West Indies, Australia, and Pakistan are the most efficient in bowling; and the Australian (Test & ODIs) and South African teams are efficient in the fielding department.
