Deep learning has been widely used in various sensor detection fields to realize intelligent detection tasks. However, there are always restrictions on how these functions can be integrated into embedded devices to complete mobile and convenient sensing detection tasks. Therefore, the MobileNet_SSD, A lightweight model after simplification and optimization, is used in this paper to design a portable visual sensor system for the detection of spray droplet deposition in drone applications. The sensing system includes a droplet deposition image loop acquisition device and a supporting host computer interactive platform. It introduces the Sarsa algorithm to establish an adaptive model of light intensity to enhance the robustness and combines Deep Neural Networks and image processing technology to achieve rapid loop detection of droplet deposition parameters on the mobile terminal. Experimental results indicate that the proposed sensor can adapt to light changes in complex environments, and accurately measure the deposition parameters of different droplet density images. Furthermore, it is of great significance to detect the quality of drone sprays, master the rules of droplet deposition, and understand the effects of pesticide spraying.
With the rapid growth of networking, cyber-physical-social systems (CPSSs) provide vast amounts of information. Aimed at the huge and complex data provided by networking, obtaining valuable information to meet precise search needs when capturing user intention has become a major challenge, especially in personalized websites. General search engines face difficulties in addressing the challenges brought by this exploding amount of information. In this paper, we use real-time location and relevant feedback technology to design and implement an efficient, configurable, and intelligent retrieval framework for personalized websites in CPSSs. To improve the retrieval results, this paper also proposes a strategy of implicit relevant feedback based on click-through data analysis, which can obtain the relationship between the user query conditions and retrieval results. Finally, this paper designs a personalized PageRank algorithm including modified parameters to improve the ranking quality of the retrieval results using the relevant feedback from other users in the interest group. Experiments illustrate that the proposed accurate and intelligent retrieval framework improves the user experience.
In the environment of smart examination rooms, it is important to quickly and accurately detect abnormal behavior (human standing) for the construction of a smart campus. Based on deep learning, we propose an intelligent standing human detection (ISHD) method based on an improved single shot multibox detector to detect the target of standing human posture in the scene frame of exam room video surveillance at a specific examination stage. ISHD combines the MobileNet network in a single shot multibox detector network, improves the posture feature extractor of a standing person, merges prior knowledge, and introduces transfer learning in the training strategy, which greatly reduces the computation amount, improves the detection accuracy, and reduces the training difficulty. The experiment proves that the model proposed in this paper has a better detection ability for the small and medium-sized standing human body posture in video test scenes on the EMV-2 dataset.
