This work establishes the technological elements that have enabled the preservation, promotion, and dissemination of tangible and intangible cultural heritage in the period from 2018 to 2022. For this, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted in the scientific databases Scopus, Science Direct, IEEE and Web of Science, which facilitated the identification of 146 articles related to the topic. A quantitative and qualitative analysis of the journals, authors and topics was carried out, detailing the important variables required to establish the sought-out elements; for this purpose, the following were quantified in the papers: type, topic, categorization, country, and language; in the publications, the type of heritage chosen, the place of the heritage and the type of intervention were investigated. The number of publications reporting the use of some type of technology was also identified, finding that 70% of them show a technological approach to preserve cultural heritage, while 30% refer to other types of interventions. The technologies reported to be used the most are 3D digital technologies (44% of those showing technological applications), augmented reality or virtual reality, henceforth AR/VR (15%).

The traditional Colombian vallenato was declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO on 1 December 2015 with urgency for it to be safeguarded, which led the government of Colombia in the head of the Ministry of Culture and the vallenato music cluster to develop a safeguarding plan that contains different activities, among which stands out a platform for the management of vallenato through educational processes. In this sense, this document proposes an ontological model for the representation of vallenato as cultural heritage in a context-aware system called Vallenatic. The ontology was developed using the NeOn methodology, designed in the Protégé software, and has 15 concepts (Vallenata Songs, Artist, Devices, Persons, Environment, Cultural Managers, Interface, Location, MOOC, Learning Object, Profile, Preference, Net, Time Cultural, Event, Cultural_Sites). The model was evaluated by means of nine (9) situations described in natural language and SWRL; this language was used since it allows expressing OWL concepts in combination with RuleML. The proposed model can be used for other musical genres that have the recognition of cultural and intangible heritage, such as the Spanish flamenco, Argentine Tango, Mexican Mariachi music, Peruvian scissors dance, Brazilian capoeira, Dominican bachata, Jamaican reggae, among others.

The aim of this study was to establish the relationship between different polymorphisms in drug transporter and metabolizer genes and resistance to imatinib in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). For this purpose, an exhaustive search was carried out in the Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed databases using different combinations of keywords with different inclusion and exclusion criteria. The meta-analysis included nine studies that met the established criteria. The results of the study showed that the polymorphic variants AG and GG of CYP3A5*3 are associated with response to treatment, presenting a significantly lower risk with resistance to imatinib. Likewise, the variants T1236C and G2677T/A of the ABCB1 gene show a significant association with treatment efficacy. In addition, the genetic polymorphism 1236T, homozygous CC of the MDR1 gene, significantly influences the increased risk of cytogenetic relapse and the polymorphic variant 361G>A GA of the SLCO1A2 gene significantly affects the complete molecular response.

This article presents the design and development of an interactive architecture oriented toward the management of traditional vallenato, a musical genre recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Architecture combines the principles of contextual awareness and the use of massive open online courses (MOOCs) to face the current challenges of preservation, dissemination, and teaching of this cultural expression, threatened by commercialization and the loss of its traditional roots. Through a modular structure, adaptive technological tools are integrated to capture, process, and use contextual information, personalizing learning experiences and strengthening the link between communities and their cultural heritage. The proposal consists of several functional layers, including context management, user profiles, educational resources, and a persistence unit, each designed to ensure the interoperability and sustainability of cultural data. In addition, the capacity of architecture to be used in other cultural contexts is highlighted, expanding its impact on different artistic manifestations and heritages worldwide. This article includes a comparative analysis with other existing models, highlighting the advantages of this solution in terms of customization and adaptability. Finally, opportunities for improvement and expansion are explored, as well as the pending challenges in the implementation of this technological tool in educational and cultural environments.
