2000: Master's degree in chemistry at the University of Genova. In 2000, she began to work at CNR-ISMAC in the biopolymer group on morphological and spectroscopical studies of nuclear matrices, DNA, and proteins. 2006: Ph.D. in chemical sciences at the University of Genova with CNR-ISMAC fellowship. 2009: Research contract holder on “Molecular organization of protein-nucleic acids systems and biomimetic hybrid structures nanoparticles-nuclear acids-polymers” From 2013: researcher at CNR-ISMAC. From 2019, she has continued her research activity at CNR-SCITEC.
