This chapter explores the evolving dynamics of parenting in the age of artificial intelligence (AI), emphasizing the dual roles of parents as both guardians and facilitators in the digital realm. With the integration of AI into everyday life, parenting transforms, confronting new challenges, and harnessing opportunities to influence child development positively. Drawing on recent studies, this work highlights the early engagement of children with AI, revealing that children as young as six years old formulate their own metaphors and perspectives on AI, and utilize it in ways that significantly impact their learning processes and emotional well-being. The chapter discusses how AI revolutionizes education by providing personalized learning experiences and monitoring children's emotional and physical states, while also examining the potential pitfalls, including digital addiction, privacy concerns, and the risk of technology interference in parent-child interactions.

So there is a need to explore what types of learning styles and cognitive styles will help the employees to be creative. The key variables of this study were Cognitive styles (CS), Learning styles (LS) and Employee Creativity (EC). The main purpose was to study cognitive styles as a moderator in relationship of learning styles and employee creativity; and to explore these variables further. Descriptive research design was used and data was collected from 450 employees in different sectors(public and private) through convenient sampling from banks, insurance and telecommunication sectors of Multan. Participants responded to cognitive style inventory (CS; Ancona, Kochan, Scully, Van Maanen, and Westney, 1997), Learning Style Questionnaire (LS; O Brein 1985), and Employee Creativity Questionnaire (EC; Tierney et al. in 1999)in order to study the target variables. Descriptive statistics and reliability of scales was calculated. One way ANOVA, t-test was calculated by using SPSS. To check moderation, Partial least square structural Equation modeling (smart PLS) were used. Cognitive styles had significant moderating effect on learning styles and employee creativity. Limitations and suggestions are discussed.

Purpose: Technostress or technology-induced stress is well-known in the literature among working people. Although technology is becoming more prevalent in higher education, there is still a lack of research investigating the predictors of technostress and its impact on university students. The current study explored: (i) the mediating role of problematic internet use (PIU) in the relationship between internet usage and technostress and (ii) the moderation of personality type on the relationship between internet usage and PIU among university students in Pakistan. Design/Methodology/Approach: For this correlational study, participants (n=165) were bachelor's and master's students from two public universities in Pakistan. A purposive sampling technique was used and SmartPLS was used for analysis. Findings: Problematic internet usage partially mediated the relationship between internet usage and technostress among university students. Conscientiousness moderated the relationship between internet usage and problematic internet use negatively whereas neuroticism moderated the relationship positively. Conclusion: The findings are an essential landmark for the consequences of problematic internet usage and the presence of technostress among students. Workshops and specialized programs are necessary to promote awareness among university students and proper counseling services to reduce the adverse effects of internet usage, problematic internet usage and technostress.

In the digital era, social media platforms play a vital role in shaping the self-image and consumption behaviors of individuals, making it essential to investigate the relationships between these variables. This study seeks to determine how Social Media Usage (SMU) and Self-Image Congruity (SIC) influence Online Conspicuous Consumption (OCC) among young adults. Using a cross-sectional survey methodology, a purposive sample of 262 individuals was recruited. The questionnaire contained four sections: Demographic information, SMU, SIC, and OCC questionnaires. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were employed. Findings revealed a significant impact of social media usage and self-image congruity on online conspicuous consumption. The findings of this research contribute to the growing body of knowledge on the psychological and behavioral effects of social media and have significant implications for a wide range of stakeholders, such as individuals, marketers, legislators, and academics. Despite its limitations, this study provides the groundwork for future research into the complex interaction between SMU, SIC, and OCC in diverse cultural and geographic contexts. The findings can be used to inform marketing strategies, policy formulation, and ethical use of social media in the digital age, thereby enhancing individual and societal well-being.
