Drawing on the resource-based view (RBV) and the dynamic capabilities view (DCV), this study aimed to investigate the mediating role of innovation capability (IC) on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership (EL) and innovation performance (IP). Survey data were collected from 321 middle-level employees in the SME service industry. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to assess the proposed relationships. The empirical analysis revealed that entrepreneurial leadership impacted innovation performance directly and indirectly through the mediating role of innovation capability. The current research contributes to both RBV and DCV by proposing and empirically testing how entrepreneurial leaders affect innovation performance. The results from this research suggest that service SME managers can play a crucial role in promoting their firms' innovation capabilities, which, in turn, influences the firms' innovation performance. This study emphasizes EL's innovation effectiveness and the triggering process of innovation capability and provides various solutions for firms to demonstrate leadership and innovation practices in responding to uncertain environments.

The study is attempted to examine and analyze the important influence of entrepreneurial orientation components - risk-taking, innovativeness, and proactiveness- on the organizational performance of Yemeni Small and Medium Enterprises within the food and beverage industry. The model of study is tested on 459 owners/Managers of SMEs by employing the analysis of Partial Least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), as well as Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). After utilizing the cross-sectional approach, the results illustrated that the innovativeness and risk-taking have a significant and positive impact on organizational performance, but their effect was less than proactiveness. Moreover, the analysis of importance-performance pointed out that proactiveness more important than innovativeness and risk-taking in determining organizational performance. The model of study expounded 34% of the whole variance in SME's performance. Moreover, it provided the implications of practical and theoretical.

This study examines the direct effect of the three main components of the market orientation on the organizational performance of SMEs in Yemen. Four variables are used in the research, are competitor orientation, customer orientation, and inter-functional coordination, as the exogenous latent variables, whereas organizational performance, as the endogenous latent variable. The quantitative approach is applied in this study with causal and descriptive research. The single-sector method is adopted, is the food and beverage sector, by using random sample sampling, the sample size was 640 managers/owners. only 459 samples were valid to conduct the analysis by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) in SmartPLS Software version 3.0. The findings of the study reveal that the three main components of the market orientation have a positive and significant impact on SMEs' organizational performance. However, the effect size of customer orientation on organizational performance was more than competitor orientation and inter-functional coordination.

The oil and gas industries in Saudi Arabia requires research attention regarding Knowledge Sharing Behavior (KSB), as the industries suffer from compromised KSB which may adversely affect sustainability in knowledge advancement and competitive advantage. There are research gaps in the antecedents of KSB such as 1) dimensions of Employee Well Being (EWB) being contextual and untested in Saudi Arabia; 2) leadership style and culture that motivate KSB were unknown. Thus, this study aims to uncover EWB, leadership and culture factors that determine KSB. A total of 260 Aramco employees’ responses were analysed using SPSS. The study has found physical well-being, psychological well-being, social wellbeing, benevolent leadership, and innovative organizational culture contributed to increasing KSB among Saudi Aramco employees. Theoretical and managerial implications were then discussed.

This research addresses the mechanism that the components of self-efficacy impact the sustainable development efficacy among employees of PetroMasila in Yemen. The methodology of the current study was quantitative. The online questionnaire was utilized to collect data from 342 employees who are working in the department of project management. The data analysis was conducted by the Structural Equation Model (SEM) in Smart-PLS Software. The findings of this study indicated that all components of self-efficacy, namely past performance, vicarious experiences, verbal persuasion, and emotional cues, have a significant and positive influence on the oil industry's sustainable development effectiveness. The model of research explained 45% of the whole variance in sustainable development efficacy. Furthermore, this study discusses the limitation and future studies.
