Pregnancy complications significantly impact women and pose potential threats to the developing child’s health. Early identification of these complications is imperative for life-saving interventions. The manual analysis of cardiotocography (CTG) tests, a conventional practice among obstetricians, is both labor-intensive and unreliable. Consequently, the development of efficient fetal health classification models becomes crucial for optimizing medical resources and saving time. This study addresses the imperative for advanced fetal health classification through the application of machine learning (ML) techniques. The objective is to explore, develop, and analyze ML models capable of accurately classifying fetal health based on CTG data. The overarching goal is to enhance diagnostic precision and facilitate timely interventions.Utilizing a freely available cardiotocography data set, despite its relatively small size, the research acknowledges its rich characteristics. Various ML models, including Random Forests, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Support Vector Classifiers, Voting Classes, and K-Nearest Neighbors, are deployed on the data set. The analysis involves rigorous training and testing of these models to assess their efficacy in classifying fetal health. The study yields promising outcomes, with the implemented ML models achieving a notable accuracy level of 93%, surpassing previous methods. This underscores the effectiveness of the proposed models in elevating the precision of fetal health classification based on CTG data. The findings advocate for the integration of ML models into routine clinical practices, streamlining fetal health assessments. The study not only underscores the significance of early complication detection but also demonstrates the potential of ML in optimizing medical resource allocation and time efficiency. Further research is warranted to refine and expand ML applications in the context of fetal health assessment, promising advancements in prenatal care.

In recent years, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanning has been the most rapidly developing field. Concerning the tumor’s size and specifics, diagnosing and classifying brain tumor’s is challenging and time-consuming for radiologists. The growth of abnormal cells in the brain is referred to as a brain tumor. A brain tumor is diagnosed in about 11,700 patients every year. It is estimated that 34% of males and 36% of females will survive five years after being diagnosed with malignant brain or different tumors. This study focuses on meningioma, pituitary, glioma and no tumors’, among the many brain tumors. Deep learning algorithms and machine learning methods were used to create an autonomous classification and segmentation system for brain tumors, significantly improving early detection. Using the Visual Geometry Group (16), parameters were set for training the model that detects brain tumors based on analysis of proposed literature solutions. Simple Convolution Neural Network (CNN) models such as VGG-16 and Efficient NetB7 perform well because they are among the highest-performing models. As a result of the study, quick, efficient, and precise decisions can be made using MRI to detect brain tumors. For this 7022 brain magnetic resonance images were used to train and test this model. According to experimental findings, the suggested differential deep CNN model could accurately categories MRI pictures of brain tumors, including aberrant and standard images, with a 98.19% accuracy rate.

The proposed methodology for the task of text classification involves the utilization of a deep learning algorithm that integrates the characteristics of a fusion model. The present model is comprised of several attention-based Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Gate Recurrent Units (GRUs) that are organized in a cyclic neural network. The Efficient CNN and Bi-GRU Fusion Multi Attention Mechanism is a method that integrates convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and bidirectional Gated Recurrent Units (Bi-GRUs) with multi-attention mechanisms in order to enhance the efficacy of word embedding for the purpose of text classification. The proposed design facilitates the extraction of both local and global features of textual feature words and employs an attention mechanism to compute the significance of words in text classification. The fusion model endeavors to enhance the performance of text classification tasks by effectively representing text documents through the combination of CNNs, Bi-GRUs, and multi-attention mechanisms. This approach aims to capture both local and global contextual information, thereby improving the model’s ability to process and analyze textual data. Moreover, the amalgamation of diverse models can potentially augment the precision of text categorization. The study involved conducting experiments on various data sets, including the IMDB film review data set and the THUCNews data set. The results of the study demonstrate that the proposed model exhibits superior performance compared to previous models that relied solely on CNN, LSTM, or fusion models that integrated these architectures. This superiority is evident in terms of accuracy, recall rate, and F1 score.
