Dr. Sasha Beyer

I am a radiation oncologist who specializes in treating patients with breast cancer as well as brain, spine and skull base cancers. My research interests include improving treatment outcomes for patients with breast cancer that has metastasized to the brain. I attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine for residency and was recognized as a Leonard B. Holman Research Pathway Fellow by the American Board of Radiology. I joined the faculty at Ohio State in 2019. I have served as a member of the NRG Oncology Breast Cancer Committee and the NRG Oncology Brain Tumor General Committee. I am an investigator for several clinical trials that combine targeted systemic therapies with radiation to improve outcomes for patients. I have authored or co-authored numerous publications in such prestigious scientific journals as Current Breast Cancer Reports, Oncotarget, Journal of Neuro Oncology and International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology and Physics.
