The objective of the present study is to identify which are the risk factors that influence the intention to continue using Internet banking in Malaysia. The primary participants are personal Internet banking users in Peninsular Malaysia. Data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire which employed the drop-off and pick-up (DOPU) technique. The questionnaires were distributed through this method to the respective bank branch managers who were willing to distribute to their customers. A total of 413 respondents completed the questionnaires as requested. The SPSS statistical analysis package and partial least squares were used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that social risk, time loss risk, opportunity cost risk and perceived usefulness are significant factors influencing attitude towards intention to continue using Internet banking. Attitude is a significant factor that influences the intention to continue using Internet banking in Malaysia. Other relationships hypothesized are not significant. The total numbers of respondents were 413 and may not represent the whole population. Furthermore, the profiles of respondents were confidential and not disclosed by the management of the banks. As such, the total number of Internet banking customers for each bank was unknown. The findings of this study are expected to be of great use to the Internet banking providers. An understanding of the factors identified in this study allows Internet banking providers to enhance the services in the most effective and efficient way to increase bank business in the long run and encourage their bank customers’ to continue using Internet banking.

Information security is a great concern to computer users, which is not only a technical problem, but also related to human factors. One of the main issues in Malaysia related to Internet banking is the weak security in Internet banking application. Therefore this study will investigate further the solution to enhance the security issues in Internet banking implementation. In today s high speed world, millions of transactions occur every minute. For these transactions, data need to be readily available for the genuine people who want to have access, and it must be kept securely from imposters. There are three basic approaches to the verification of an individual s identity: something you have (e.g. Debit card), something you know (e.g. password, PIN) and something you are (e.g. fingerprint), which is unique about yourself and cannot be shared. Moreover, the benefits of investigating biometric authentication systems in online banking will secure the log in process to the system and removes password vulnerabilities; enhanced convenience such as employees quickly log in using their finger; reduced help desk costs by eliminating calls for password resets. Many systems utilize a combination of these methods in order to increase the level of security. Thus, a possible option is to introduce biometric authentication.
Holistic View of food service business performance is a rather new phenomenon. Constraints such as a diverse workforce and the high worker turnover have caused subsequent adverse effects on the foodservice performance. The present study suggests an effort through Holistic View of spiritual intelligence (SQ) to address the problem of quality of food served by the food handlers. A total of 210 food handlers from the public institutions in East Malaysia were surveyed. The study used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the model and hypotheses. Implications of the findings, guidelines for future research, and the limitations were also discussed
