Prof. Dr. Young-Sik Kim is a Professor at the Materials Research Centre for Energy and Clean Technology, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Andong National University. He obtained a degree in Corrosion Science from Yonsei University in 1990. He served as a Senior Researcher in KEPCO Engineering & Construction and a Visiting Professor at MIT. He is a Member of The Corrosion Science Society of Korea, NACE, and The Electrochemical Society. His research interests include metals and materials, corrosion, steel, microstructure, and metals.
