Prof. Soon-Yong Park

Prof. Dr. Soon-Yong Park is a Professor at the School of Electronics Engineering, Kyungpook National University. He received his BS degree in Electronics Engineering and his MS degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Kyungpook National University in 1991 and 1993, respectively, and his PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, USA in 2003. His research interests include 3D reconstruction and applications using multi-view range images, video special effects using computer vision techniques, human and computer interaction techniques, and distance restoration technology using the information of image focus and non-focus.
