Dr. Gianluca Bleve is Senior Researcher at the Institute of Sciences of Food Production, National Research Council (CNR). He completed his PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology at the University of Verona in 2005. His research primarily focuses on Microbiology, Biotechnology, Fermentation, and Molecular Biology, resulting in more than 40 publications, including peer-reviewed articles, conference papers, and book chapters.
