Renewable energy sources (RES) and electric vehicles (EVs) are widely recognized as primary ways to reduce carbon emissions and essential components of low-carbon power systems. However, both of them have strong uncertainties which bring great challenges to power transactions and the operation of power grids. This paper defines the uncertainty cost of wind power producer(WPP) in day-ahead(DA) market pricing based on information entropy theory for the first time and proposes a EV charging management strategy with DA contract. The constructed low-carbon emission electricity market(LCEM) quantifies the uncertainty cost and contracts the disordered charging of EVs. It reduces the uncertainty and ensures the balance of power supply and demand. In addition, the transaction between WPP and EVs is described as the Stackelberg game, and its communication network is constructed through a blockchain network to ensure transaction efficiency and privacy security. Experiments show that LCEM can accurately measure the uncertainty of wind power generation, increase the net profit for WPP by more than 2% when the prediction error is greater than 10%, and adopt EV contract charging management in the DA market to minimize charging costs.

This paper investigates the situation awareness issue of power system with massive measured data. To address this issue, first, a graph-theory-based network partitioning algorithm is proposed to realize decentralized detection in a faster response speed, while using power flow characteristics highlights the independency of different groups. Further, a hierarchical event detection method is proposed to judge voltage change and locate event position according to spectral distribution change of established multidimensional matrix. With the proposed method, the system situation can be assessed and the knowledge of the system model is not required. In addition, the accurate result of weak event happened in system could also be obtained. The simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed detection method.

Due to the widely deployed sensors in the pipeline network, the data-driven detection method is a natural choice with multiple sensor measurements. However, the incomplete data problem caused by device failure or network interruption seriously hinders the implementation of pipeline status monitoring. Aiming at this difficulty, this article proposes a generative adversarial network based on trinetworks form (tnGAN) to handle leak detection problems with incomplete sensor data. First, the generative model is proposed to recover incomplete data through fully exploiting the same-level nature similarity of data features. Therein, the same type of sensor data, obtained from the pipeline network, is used as the input. Next, to further boost the temporal evolvement characteristics and the spatial similarity, a multiview awareness strategy is incorporated in the established model to facilitate the integration of inherent information. Then, a dual-discriminative network architecture is proposed to detect pipeline status through computing the similarity of the latent features of samples. With the abovementioned structure, the proposed method can achieve different incomplete data recovery situations, such as individual lost and random missing. In addition, it can also aggregate the output and features of the discriminative networks to obtain the pipeline leak detection result. Finally, the experiment results on a pipeline network demonstrate the capability and effectiveness of the proposed method in both data recovery and leak detection.

In terms of pipeline leak detection, the unavoidable fact is that existing data could not provide enough effective leak data to train a high accuracy model. To address this issue, this article proposes mixed generative adversarial networks (mixed-GANs) as a practical way to provide additional data, ensuring data reliability. First, multitype generative networks with heterogeneous parameter-updating mechanisms are designed to explore a variety of different solutions and eliminate the potential risks of instable training and scenario collapse. Then, based on expert experience, two data constraints are proposed to describe leak characteristics and further evaluate the quality of generated leak data in the training process. Through integrating the particle swarm optimization algorithm into generative model training, mixed-GAN has better generation performance than the conventional gradient descent algorithm. Based on the above-mentioned contents, the proposed model is able to provide satisfactory leak data with different scenarios, contributing to data quantity expansion, data credibility enhancement, and data variety enrichment. Finally, extensive experiments are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed generative model for pipeline network leak detection.

In the construction process of intelligent pipeline system, pipeline monitoring is an important content to improve the safety of pipeline operation. Small leak location, in particular, is the primary focus of pipeline monitoring due to the unclear pressure drop point. To solve this, in this article, a data driven-based method of small leak location is proposed. First, through the collected pipeline parameters, empirical flow variables, and historical pressure values in pipeline system, a pipeline model based on pressure along pipeline is presented by a three-layer neural network to close to the industrial scenarios. Then, on the basis of the analyzed propagation process of negative pressure wave, an action-dependent heuristic dynamic programming with pressure–distance physical constraints is proposed to obtain the small leak location result. The proposed method is suitable for the collection of only pressure data scenario, which expands the application range. Finally, different cases of small leak location results indicate that the proposed method can locate the leak point, and the field tests further show that the proposed method has satisfactory performances in pipeline leak analysis.

Since most of the existing models based on the microgrids (MGs) are nonlinear, which could cause the controller oscillate, resulting in the excessive line loss, and the nonlinear could also lead to the controller design difficulty of MGs system. Therefore, this article researches the distributed voltage recovery consensus optimal control problem for the nonlinear MGs system with $N$ -distributed generations (DGs), in the case of providing stringent real power sharing. First, based on the distributed cooperative control concept of multiagent systems and the critic neural networks (NNs), a novel distributed secondary voltage recovery consensus optimal control protocol is constructed via applying the backstepping technique and nonzero-sum (NZS) differential game strategy to realize the voltage recovery of island MGs. Meanwhile, the model identifier is established to reconstruct the unknown NZS games systems based on a three-layer NN. Then, a critic NN weight adaptive adjustment tuning law is proposed to ensure the convergence of the cost functions and the stability of the closed-loop system. Furthermore, according to Lyapunov stability theory, it is proven that all signals are uniform ultimate boundedness in the closed loop system and the voltage recovery synchronization error converges to an arbitrarily small neighborhood of the origin near. Finally, some simulation results in MATLAB illustrate the validity of the proposed control strategy.
