Zofia Perek is a PhD student at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of Łódź University of Technology. Her research focuses on microbiology and biotechnology, with particular emphasis on the use of Metschnikowia yeasts in biocontrol processes, especially in sustainable and eco-friendly applications.
