Prof. Jadwiga Hamułka, Ph.D. is a professor at the Department of Human Nutrition, Warszaw Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGG. She is a prominent expert in the field of human nutrition, has participated in several scientific projects, and has published the results of her work in several scientific journals. She acted as a consultant and supervisor for this manuscript.
