In order to improve the tribological properties of calcium sulfonate complex–polyurea grease, WS2 nanoparticles were used as additives to prepare WS2 calcium sulfonate complex–polyurea grease. The tribological behavior of WS2 grease on the GCr15 surface was systematically studied. The results indicate that WS2 nanoparticles can significantly improve the extreme pressure performance of calcium sulfonate complex–polyurea grease. When the concentration of WS2 nanoparticles is 2 wt.%, the friction coefficient decreases by 14.94%, and the maximum nonseizure load PB increases by 31.41%. As the temperature increases, the friction coefficient and wear rate of WS2 grease first decrease and then increase. This is mainly attributed to the adsorption and frictional chemical reaction between WS2 nanoparticles and the matrix.

With the aim of improving the tribological properties of low-viscosity gear oil for automobiles, an acrylate of dialkyl dithiophosphoric acid (ADDP) with strong polar groups was synthesized. The tribological behavior of ADDP combined with molybdenum dialkyl dithiocarbamate (MoDTC) in gear oil was systematically studied. Tribological performances of gear oil containing different additives were assessed using a four-ball friction and wear tester. The obtained tribological characteristics reveal that ADDP and MoDTC can significantly improve the antiwear and antifriction performance of low-viscosity gear oil. Moreover, compared with using MoDTC or ADDP alone, the average friction coefficient and wear scar diameter of ADDP combined with MoDTC further decreased by 2.41–19.15% and 5.00–18.19%, respectively. Analysis of the worn surface showed that the structural characteristics and physical synergistic lubricating actions of the ADDP with MoDTC additives during the friction process can contribute to the exceptional tribological properties of the hybrid additives.

The rapid growth of the grid size leads to a saturated workload for a limited number of dispatchers, and when large incidents occur, the sudden and substantial increase in the number of instructions and messages makes it difficult for dispatchers to deal with them in a timely manner. This paper introduces Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) and Conditional Random Field (CRF) LSTM-CRF for grid scheduling speech recognition. An acoustic lexicon of dispatching speech based on grid professional and localized vocabulary is constructed, and an acoustic model of grid dispatching speech recognition based on big data and LSTM-CRF is established. The inverse spectral mean-variance normalization method is used in feature calculation to reduce the influence of channel and noise and to improve the robustness of the acoustic model.

In order to further expand the application of polyol ether borate (PEB) brake fluid in the vehicle braking system in the wide temperature range, and explore the impact of PEB brake fluid on the vehicle emergency braking response, three PEB brake fluid samples with different formulations are prepared with PEB as the base fluid and polyol ether (PE) as the diluent. The brake master cylinder test system and vehicle braking performance test bench are built, and the emergency braking response time of the brake master cylinder and the 80 km/h emergency braking distance of the vehicle are tested at different temperatures. The test results show that the higher the mass ratio of diluent in the PEB brake fluid or the higher the ambient temperature, the lower the viscosity of the PEB brake fluid. Low viscosity PEB brake fluid can shorten the emergency brake response time of the brake master cylinder and the emergency braking distance of the vehicle at the same temperature, and this rule becomes more obvious with the decrease of temperature. The brake master cylinder response time was reduced by 41.7% (−30°C) and the vehicle emergency braking distance was reduced by 2.92 m (−10°C) at most. The reduction of viscosity reduces the resistance of viscous force to the flow field when the PEB brake fluid flows in the hydraulic pipe. The smaller the pressure loss in the transmission process, the faster the brake response can be made. At low temperatures (<0°C), temperature has a greater influence on the viscosity of PEB brake fluid, and the reduction of temperature magnifies the viscosity difference between three PEB brake fluid samples.

To evaluate the impact of various proportions of erucamide and N-phenyl-α-naphthylamine on grease’s tribological performance for roller bearings, lithium complex grease (LCG) and polyurea grease (PG) were prepared with erucamide and N-phenyl-α-naphthylamine proportions of (0,0), (0,3), (1,2), (2,1), and (3,0). An investigation was conducted into the microscopic structures of the ten greases and their effects on the friction coefficients and wear scars of GCr15 steel. These findings were validated through bearing friction torque tests. The results indicate that the addition of 2 wt. % erucamide and 1 wt. % N-phenyl-α-naphthylamine to PG/LCG significantly enhances their tribological properties and reduces friction torque, with PG exhibiting superior performance. This enhancement was attributed to the synergistic interaction of erucamide and N-phenyl-α-naphthylamine with the lamellar thickener within PG. Erucamide contributed to friction reduction, while N acted as an antioxidant.
